First class, the talk was pitched at the right level for the audience and contained elements of humour which could not offend anyone. The presentaion of the awards was delivered to perfecton with Jules taking the time to congratulate the winners and have photo's taken on stage and again at the end of the evening. The whole evening did what we wanted it to do in moving the awards to a higher level and Jules was excellent value for money. A great evening and a really nice chap. He was very friendly and welcoming and his speech was relevant, interesting and entertaining.
