One of the UK's greatest sprinters, Jason Gardener won Gold in the 4x100m relay at the Athens Olympics the same year that he became World Indoor Champion over 60m. His personal best being 9.98 seconds, he is a member of the very select sub 10 second club for 100m.
Being a life long enthusiast for sport and never afraid of a challenge, after his retirement from athletics Jason took on the Cresta Run in the British Bobsleigh Championships, but unfortunatley decided not to take it to the Winter Olympics.
Still keeping his ties with the world of sport, nowadays Jason is a coach, non-Executive director of UK Athletics and also plays a part in the Youth Sport Trust.
Jason presents an inspiring, motivational after dinner speech and is also capable of taking part in a question and answer session in order to engage with the audience. In his presentations he talks about how to overcome the fear of failure and what it takes to succeed.
